Allen County Regional Hospital welcomes Cinderella Chavez, MD, of Central Cancer Care Center to deliver hematology/oncology services area residents.
Dr. Chavez’s credentials include Board Certification by the American Board of Internal Medicine, Hematology; Board Certification, American Board of Internal Medicine, Medical Oncology; Board Certification, American Board of Internal Medicine, Internal Medicine. She complements Allen County Regional Hospital’s existing cancer services such as chemotherapy infusion; administration of blood products; injections; maintenance of access ports and flushing; PICC line care; therapeutic phlebotomies, blood draws per central lines; and diagnostic services such as minimally-invasive technology for diagnosing and treating breast lesions, in addition to a wide range of cancer care services.

Dr. Chavez completed residencies in Lymphoma and Leukemia Outpatient Medicine, and in Inpatient Lymphoma Service and Breast Service at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, as well as for Internal Medicine at Columbia University-St. Luke’s-Roosevelt Hospital, New York, NY. Dr. Chavez also completed a fellowship in Hematology/Oncology at Hofstra North Shore-LIJ School of Medicine, New Hyde Park, New York, NY.
Dr. Chavez received a BS degree in Molecular Biology and Biotechnology, Magna cum Laude from the National Institute of Molecular Biology and Biotechnology, College of Science, University of the Philippines, Diliman, Quezon City, Philippines; and her Doctor of Medicine from the College of Medicine, University of the Philippines, Manila, Philippines.
