Allen County Regional Hospital’s “Caught in the Spotlight” program was rolled out in February 2019 as another way to recognize employees who go above and beyond in both extraordinary and everyday ways – helping to make Allen County Regional the best that we can be.

The new program gives anyone and everyone (staff, physicians, visitors, patients, vendors, etc.) an opportunity to recognize any employee who is observed demonstrating our core values of teamwork, kindness, and/or integrity.

Whether it be from a safety perspective, customer service perspective, or a clean environment perspective (the list could go on and on) – we want staff members to know that their extra effort is both noticed and valued.

Spotlight fill-in cards are available in a wall box near the communication boards (across from the Auxiliary Gift Shop) in the hospital. You can also find wall boxes in the lobbies of our Medical Arts Building (826 E. Madison Ave.) and in our Allen County Regional Clinics located in Iola, Humboldt, and Moran. Simply fill out a card and drop it in the box!

Caught in the Spotlight recognition can also be submitted via our website on the Contact Us page. On the Contact Form, simply select “Caught in the Spotlight – Employee Recognition” from the drop-down and tell us about who you caught and what they did to demonstrate our core values of teamwork, kindness, and/or integrity.

Submissions may be displayed in the hospital on the communication boards located across from the Auxiliary Gift Shop. Submissions may also be shared through Allen County Regional Hospital’s social media and in publications such as our employee newsletter.

By completing this form (paper or online), you are giving consent to release names and other patient information included in the comments.
